Activity Overview

Terry's Gympie Regional Tours start in the historic main street of Gympie with the magnificent Victorian architecture, after talking about some of the history of Gympie you'll proceed to Wolvi, a subtropical rainforest to view the magnificent Gympie messmate trees which stand 50 metres tall. In this area there are 180 rare and endangered trees. You'll then proceed to the towns of Kin Kin and Pomona with more history of the area. After a 30 minute lunch break, the tour progresses to the Tableland Road Lookout to enjoy a magnificent view to the ocean. Then it's off to the rock pools, then back to Gympie and a talk of the industries which carries Gympie today. This tour is a very relaxed five hour tour and you will be surprised what Gympie has to offer.
