Explore the waterways of the Tweed, learn how to catch the famous Australian mud crab and get up close and personal with the native wildlife. Gain a unique perspective of the local way of life through a range of activities including bait collecting (yabbie pumping), fishing, crab catching and bird feeding. Mouthwatering crabs are served straight from the cooker to your table and they are accompanied by miso soup, rice, salads, fruit, bread and a range of sauces and condiments. As you enjoy your lunch the Captain meanders past the Tweed oyster leases and gives an informative talk on the local oysters.
