Enjoy complimentary fresh baked muffins for morning tea and find your favourite position on board our stylish vessel from the air conditioned saloon to the sunken lounge or Eclipse's 3 panoramic viewing decks to feel the wind in your hair. Sightings: You can expect sightings over 99% of cruises during the calm winter months. Look out for the vapour cloud as the whale expires. We will take special measures to attract the whales to us, so please listen to the informative commentary as your help is required. Entertaining & Educational commentary as we cruise the beautiful Broadwater and Seaway direct to the Whale migration track. The Gold Coast and hinterland make a relaxing and beautiful backdrop. Captain Jim Kelly will prepare you for the best day Whale Watching.Smallest crowds and our extensive coastal and Broadwater experience, combined with our new purpose built boat, will result in a magical marine life experience. Relax as we depart Marina Mirage and cruise the beautiful Broadwater and Seaway direct to the Whale migration track or ‘Whale Alley’. Find your favourite position on one of our 3 viewing decks, sunken lounge or air-conditioned saloon and watch the Gold Coast and Hinterland disappear as we keep a lookout for Humpback Whales, dolphins, turtles and other marine life. Listen to the skipper as he provides an entertaining & educational commentary, as you enjoy morning tea, with freshly baked on-board muffins. We have been operating for 20 years (since 1987) from Brisbane and the Gold Coast and have extensive coastal and Broadwater experience. The company operates a rough weather policy where we will re-schedule cruises rather than risk passengers becoming sick or uncomfortable. We believe strongly in the preservation and education of our oceans and the critters/plants that live within it. We are proud to be members of various bodies such as the Whale Watch Association, the Sea Shepperd Organisation, Australian Marine Conservation Society, Eco Tourism Australia, the Charter Boat Vessel Association, Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) and Gold Coast Tourism.
